One would like to think it is because the allege FBI A team now said to be handling the investigation must first review them. Of course the leak about the FBI A team may just be a plant to later claim she was fully investigated and exonerated.

Court ordered docs to be turned over in batches at the end of each month. Team Hillary is slow playing this and people are all excited. Keeping the suspense. Hillary isn’t turning over anything that hasn’t already been found. At this rate she will have another 6 years to turn over her emails.

The Clintons mastered the drip drip drip of data to lessen the perceived severity of news and make things seem old by the time the rotten core of it was revealed such that it was ignored.
