This country owes as much of its enviable martial heritage to the South as the North. But now to serve popular morality, we must banish from history the Confederate battle flag and those who served under it. Responding to these assertions, I quote Joshua Chamberlain who received the Confederate surrender at Appomattox.
Before us in proud humiliation stood the embodiment of manhood: men whom neither toils and sufferings, nor the fact of death, nor disaster, nor hopelessness could bend from their resolve; standing before us now, thin, worn, and famished, but erect, and with eyes looking level into ours, waking memories that bound us together as no other bond;was not such manhood to be welcomed back into a Union so tested and assured?
Winston Churchill commented concerning American entry into WW II that victory was then assured, because our Civil War demonstrated the tenacity required to defeat the Nazis.

Does he want to be fired or sued for discrimination by a black employee he fired...one of the two will happen.
—...NAACP President Jim Jackson told the Sandusky Register that the attire was inappropriate in light of the controversy surrounding the flag,...—
Someone educate Mr. Jackson. This ‘controversy’ is made up by the globalists who thrive on discord between black and white; man and woman.
It’s a subterfuge, and JJ is falling for it hook, line, and sinker.
He doesn’t need an apology - he needs to be better informed.
Yeah but the southern guerrilla fighter Quantrill was from Ohio!
We have a Battle Flag of Virginia flying on the flagpole in front of our house not because we’re racist but because we can.
We never cared about it until we were told we weren’t supposed to have one. Now it represents freedom and ‘sticking it to The (liberal) Man’.

No, the Union.
As to the flag, you can believe it means rebellion against Federal government all you want, but it has been the flag of the racist bigoted socialist DemoRATS for most of its history since 1861.
Good grief. He’s on vacation in the Dakota’s. I doubt seriously if any employer, public or private, has the right to tell anyone what they can wear when they are on vacation.
Long live the modern Christian Conservative South!
For decades I’ve never thought of that flag as racist, or even particularly southern (although I know it is southern). There were times when I flew from where we lived in So. California to Buffalo where I grew up, and I’d see the Confederate Flag on cars as we drove out of the airport. I felt so GOOD. It felt like freedom, especially after leaving LAX eight hours earlier.
