I think the right to vote should be contingent upon an interest in the Nation's success, and by payment of taxes.

I think the franchise should be restricted to those people who pay the costs of government.

I have no objection to women voters, provided they themselves are taxpayers and pay into the treasury.

I think among the class of taxpayers, common sense and good judgement constitutes the majority.

I can see some enterprising scammer buying several acres, subdividing it into ~1 sq. ft. plots, and selling them to people who want to vote.

I agree with the basic principle that the vote should be restricted to productive folks with skin in the game. It just needs to be thought through properly.

I’d be fine with women voting, if they were the head of household. I think it should be one household = one vote, and if there is a husband in the house, it goes to him unless he’s somehow incapacitated. Let the husband and wife fight among themselves over who they’ll vote for :)
