I wonder if the Mexican goberment would allow a very pregnant American woman to step foot into Mexico. I read that if a U.S. citizen gives birth in Mexico (or other foreign country) and registers the birth at the U.S. consulate the child is a U.S. citizen and Mexican citizen. As a Mexican citizen the child could own beach property in Mexico. It would be nice if somebody could pull a “reverse anchor baby” play on the Mexicans.
