As his poll numbers steadily keep him in a comfortable first place in the crowded GOP field, and he packs stadiumsreceiving raucous applause in Alabama and along the Mexican borderhis fiery and divisive rhetoric has taken on a new meaning. His positions have now become the focal point of the GOP field and all candidates must respond to Trump before they can proceed.
What he and his supporters say can no longer be considered a joke. During his rally in Mobile, Alabama screams of white power could be heard from the audience. And last week, two white ex-cons from Boston beat up a homeless Hispanic man, and upon their arrest they told the police, Donald Trump was right, all these illegals need to be deported.

In response to the attack, Trump said, I will say that people who are following me are very passionate. They love this country and they want this country to be great again. They are passionate. He did not initially decry their actions, but later stated on Twitter that he thought the attack was terrible.
The joke is over. The horrors of a Trump presidency should not be lost on anyone...
This Trump thing isn’t supposed to be funny, idiot—It’s about saving the US.
Sorry if that distresses you—NOT!
... it never was.
sez the extremely marxist Daily Beast.
eff you beasties.
Maybe not but I find the Rodham Clinton email thing hilarious!
Trump wouldn’t exist without eight years of Obama who created and spread division, rancor and hatred throughout the land with his community organizer tactics. He squandered a rare opportunity to really move the nation forward on race and really fouled it all up. Now we have Trump as the Obama antidote.
what I love most about this is how much it is PROVING everything we have been saying about media bias for the last 2 decades (or more)
Have you ever seen so much bias in the media on outright display? They are not even trying to disguise it anymore.
“race-and-culture journalist...”
SMH
You don't think some of these people are plants? Suckers.
Anyone can insert their confederates into a rally to do or say anything to embarrass another candidate or puff up their own. One of the oldest tricks in the book. And how is Don Trump responsible for two Southie Hooligans and what they might have done to a Mexican victim? If someone knocks me out and screams “This is for Obama!” will the press ask Obama about it?
They are in full panic mode because Trump will not allow them to pick our losing candidates or write the narrative on issues. It’s about freaking time.
“The horrors of a Trump presidency should not be lost on anyone..”
But sadly enough here on FR, there are a lot of people who aren’t getting the joke.
They love the bombast, the arm-waving and the red-meat attacks but by large, many of them have no real idea what Trump stands for or let me rephrase that, what he currently “stands” for.
So today’s “daily beast” is the complex-named Barrett Holmes Pitner (so as to confuse him with the millions of other Barrett Pitners in beastland). Sounds racist to me!
Okay this black lives matters thing has gotten out of hand. Now we have a black homosexual shooting white people on live television. It’s just not funny anymore. Right
Smells like bullshit!
Ok, in this day and age a screaming of “white power” would be all over youtube. Someone post a link for me....
It is funny to me. First time I have laughed since 2008. With the exception of 2010,2014 elections ( which seem to mean nothing) and the first debate romney had with zero (he then went on to choke)
This is irresponsible news reporting. Even if it WAS said, no person can be held responsible for what one person may say in a crowd of 30K+. And there's no report on WHO was saying it, or even if it was a Trump support. Thus, the accusation holds no weight. This is the media repeating an unproven accusation, then repeating it until everyone believes it. Then again, these days I guess the media hits you with the same charge of someone yells "All Lives Matter" on a crowd as well.
