Based on the metrics of imprisonment rates, marriage rates and illegitimacy rates, black people have not been winning this "race war".

White people have not been winning the "race war", either, but black people have been losing it even more.

The only winners have been Democrat politicians. As LBJ said, "I'll have those ******s voting Democratic for the next 200 years". True, that.
