Since 1979, a cabal of nations has aided and abetted Iran in its efforts to develop a robust nuclear program under the guise of generating a nuclear energy system. This cabal is mainly comprised of Russia, China, and North Korea. Since sanctions began being placed on Iran in 1979, with more added since, Iran still had enough free reign to develop its capabilities despite the sanctions regime because of this cabal. All the moving parts are in place, the material is there, and this means they are already nuclear – “break out” is imminent now.

During this period, North Korea had evaded sanctions, and like Iran, lied, cheated, and broke virtually every agreement it ever signed with the United Nations. Now North Korea is a nuclear weapons power, and we believe Iran has already done the same. Each had created hidden facilities but only North Korea has actually tested weapons fully. Because Iran has to date only detonated trigger devices that does not mean the Mullahs do not have weapons capability now because they certainly have enough material.

I think there is a strong possibility that Israel has a nuclear anti-missile system to shoot down incoming ballistic weapons.

With nuclear anti-missile tech you don’t have to hit the incoming weapon, you just need to get close...much easier to accomplish.

IMO, Israel is just waiting for Iran to overplay their hand and issue orders for Hezbollah to launch a massive missile barrage against Israel... they will then strike Iran directly.

Speaking of blackmail, back in the years following 9/11 many of us just couldn’t understand W’s constant backtracking from the way he talked following 9/11.

The talk at that time was that terrorists had already snuck in and set up sleeper cells in 20 major cities in the lower 48, all with some kind of nuclear suitcase. As soon as they all got the ‘phone call’, they all would go off simultaneously. Bush was checkmated. Closing the borders by then was all too late (for those purposes).

I remember hearing quite a bit of that sort of discussion on Savage and Hannity as well. Then, all of a sudden, nothing. And mums been the word ever since.

Syria would also get some of this. Gaza would be exterminated using tiny neutron devices detonated at low altitudes.

One recent bright moment in the world was when Israel re-elected Netanyahu. That tells me Israeli’s are willing to preempt an Iran-initiated holocaust. Israel MUST go preemptive on this matter and not wait to be attacked. The latter scenario involves much higher casualties.. I think.

We've got to put an end to this "delivery system" strawman that has been used not just with Iran, but with all nuke prospects. It is stunning how the politicians immediately fall back to it in order to justify inaction. They do it every single time! But it is a very dangerous distraction that takes the focus away from the serious issue of an enemy with a fission weapon.

ICBM's are *not* required to vaporize a city!

Look at this logically.

First of all, missiles, especially those that enter space are an extremely complicated and not fully reliable means of placing a payload onto a desired remote location. There are so many potential points of failure that it practically qualifies as a Rube Goldberg machine. Couple that with an even more complicated payload device and this becomes an absurd task. But most importantly, the use of a missile these days is the equivalent of an artist signing his painting - it provides a 100% breadcrumb trail back to the launch site, and ensures prompt and certain retaliation.

Secondly, we happen to know with near certainty what Iran ( and really what all proto-Nuclear enemies ) are actually doing. They are enriching Uranium and collecting U-235. Even the most stupid politician should have a vague understanding of our own nuke history, the most important and frightening fact being that the "Little Boy" Uranium device used on Hiroshima, was such a sure thing it DID NOT need to be tested. It is also the simplest device to build and detonate - once you have the required amount of U-235 to achieve critical mass.

Practically every warhead ever created, and every atomic bomb, and of course everything ever fitted to missiles and ICBM's are based on complicated implosion devices using Plutonium. Physically durable with long shelf life and output predictability is what drives this technology. The key facts constitute an important paradox: U-235 is hard to obtain but the weapon is simple to make, PU-239 is relatively easy to obtain but the weapons are complicated. The fact that politicians need to understand: with an ample supply of U-235, the bomb is a sure thing. Period.

But then what do you do with a quasi-Little Boy?

"Delivery Systems" have existed for hundreds, and thousands of years.

... Anything you want. There is no need for a missile! The concept is absurd. You take a small Cesna or a 737 or a box truck and place the device exactly where you want to. There is likely to be no sure trail back to the originator ( although the isotope is allegedly identifiable to a centrifuge process ), unlike a missle or ICBM which will be caught on many satellites and other platforms.

This was a real good reason for a post-9/11 move into Iraq and then Iran, to prevent a future nuclear 9/11 where instead of flying a plane into a building, they just divert to an appropriate kill altitude above Manhattan, or Chicago, or Los Angeles, and detonate an atomic bomb. Getting a grip on those middle East regimes was the smart move, but as we see that ship has now sailed and we're back to the denial phase. Whatever. It will take a mushroom cloud or two to shake the nonsense out of our spoiled minds.

Meanwhile our politicians, and the even stupider major news media are still distracting us with nonsense of "delivery systems". It is very similar to when they change the subject of a 30-million strong Illegal Alien invasion force to talk of deporting babies. In both cases these irresponsible traitors are doing one thing, and one thing only - ensuring a catastrophe.

People would pry themselves away from their spoiled lives for a while, but as soon as the reality shows and televised sports were restored life would continue on. Until the next one. Rinse. Repeat. Ad Infinitum.

Iran and Israel. It can be assumed that they already are operating under a form of MAD and the Ayatollahs are sure of their own annihilation regardless of how deep their bunkers are. More importantly to them, even if they survive a retaliatory strike underground, they still lose control of Iran by being out of sight for an extended period of time. Besides, Israel has clearly penetrated the country with Scientist assassinations so we can assume there are spies throughout the regime.

So IMHO, they are really only left with the option of handing off weapons to 3rd parties, while obfuscating the facts well enough so that they are parroted by the anti-Israel major media: "IRAN: we had nothing to do with it!". This would presumably cause public opinion to prevent Israel from taking out Iran when they are nuked by said "unaffiliated" terrorists.

FWIW, that number of 5 million dead in NYC would result from a weekday detonation, and from a substantial device, perhaps a hydrogen bomb ( unless they are using new math which counts presumptive future deaths from radiation ). Most likely result from a simple Uranium bomb is a large smoking Hiroshima in midtown with close to a million casualties. And lots of chaos.

Being a moderate distance North of NYC we have lived with this scenario for a very long time. The aftermath would consist of an exodus of frantic zombies racing up here and causing mayhem all along the way. This is not far from our minds, believe me. Prepping and The Second Amendment make lots of sense in this scenario.

Nice history lesson. But there is a difference between the declarative statement in the title and the conclusion of the article which describes Iran getting the bomb as a fait accompli.
