I wonder: is it always held on a Friday or is it always held on September 11?
It's whenever. In 2012, it was Sept 7. In 2011, it was in August. In 2007, it was Sept. 21. This year's dinner has been moved from 9/11 to Sept. 18. IOW, of course, some moron purposefully scheduled it on 9/11.
