To me there is no question she belongs in jail - the only thing I can’t figure out is why she did this.
If it were me there would have been a .gov email and then another email for my personal info.

When Benghazi came up, she knew she was in the clear because everything that happened could be secured from scrutiny. That is why she went so hard for the online video deception. There was no way anyone could fact check her part in the deception operation.
Der Hildebeast was also up to her ears in a influence peddling scheme to stash kickback money into her Foundation. The evidence found on her server(s) could have meant a hefty prison sentence. However, der Hildebeast had the keys to the server vault and no one would have the ability to dig through and learn of her criminality—she thought. Lets hope all of the servers are rounded up and their contents investigated for their criminal activity.
It seems captain obvious to me she was trying to run a shadow state department as clear of Obama’s view as possible. Its no secret the Clintons and Obama compete for power.
Jail is were you go after you are arrested to await arraignment. Prison is where the judge assigns you for a specific period of time after trial and guilty verdict.
H should do consecutive terms for each violation amounting to something like the sentence the guy got for the Colorado theater murders.
