The last time Obama officials Clinton, Holder and Obama went to Mexico City to discuss guns, the deal they cut was to supply El Chapo’s Sinaloa Cartel with unlimited weapons bought in the USA with DEA money by illegal aliens, smuggle them across the border, and ensure the Sinaloa defeat of the Juarex Cartel in a bloody Juarez street battle lasting a couple of years, so that Sinaloa could have unfettered access to the main supply routes to Chicago from El Paso. BATFE, FBI, DEA, and Border Patrol all cooperated in this international illegal gunrunning drug running operation, and Congress was stonewalled for years on testimony. El Chapo is free now to enjoy the fruits of his monopoly takeover of the Mexico drug trade bound for all destinations in the US.
This upcoming Mexico visit is nothing to do with UN treaty on small arms. It is everything to do with Obama’s continued control of the drug trade into the American nations heartland. The corrupt criminal US communist government only cares about money to corrupt the system and destroy the country.

They are meeting to make plans for an uprising of 30 million illegals if it looks like Trump is going to be president. Remember, he wanted a strong civilian army - as strong as the US military? He’s such a racist and so loves death and hate...He’ll do anything to bring down America and direct his civil war. Remember he wants to be the new Abe Lincoln? Remember he armed the drug cartels and allowed them to set up shop in Arizona. Remember, he shipped in a bunch of Muslims from Syria and Somalia and opened the gate to masses of central Americans in addition to Mexicans? He has his army.
I guess he will try to disarm Americans as he arms Cartels, and any foreigners or traitors in the fight. Maybe he’ll try to do it under the guise of martial law when the foreigners rise up against Americans.
