Colorful former Trump advisor Roger Stone thinks 2012 Republican nominee Mitt Romney is thinking about getting back in the presidential race. Stone tweeted his suspicion, and told CNN he had heard that Romney was considering a run from his sources.
The move could indicate Romney sees an opportunity to better confront and challenge front-runner Donald Trump. Some see current establishment standard bearer former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush as flailing. Trump has mocked Bush for being "just flat" on the campaign trail and Sunday called him a "low energy" candidate.
Romney publicly considered a third run as recently as January, but decided against it, after he lost most of his valuable donor base to Bush, and the massive prospective Republican field proved too unpredictable.

Yeb will hang on as long as possible...he seems to think that eventually voters will come to their collective senses and coronate Yeb as the logical repub-e candidate.
Meanwhile, I am enjoying watching The Donald ridicule the Bushies, the Kasics, and Lindsey Goober Graham.
Finally a candidate who can stand up to Trump. Mitt Romney, a man with clearly delineated principles and uncompromising business achievements, a no holds barred debate style, an aggressive intellect and unafraid to call a spade a spade or eschew the nice guy routine when the rubber hits the road.
I think of Mitt Romney as Ann Coulter on steroids with a helping of Boston style testosterone. Finally George Will conservatives like myself can watch Trump out-Trumped, turned to a little squeaking Trumpette - yes, Mitt Romney will be the Tuba in this marching band from here on out, playing an anthem that will at last restore the GOP brand because that’s all that matters. I’m just kidding.
Well Trumps done played the Conservative GOP but to seal the GOP-E deal he needs a RINO a north eastern LIberal Rino on the ticket. Guess who?
