So, what Laws did the Trump Corporation break again? Don’t like the Law, Elect Politicians that will change it.

Riiight, but then we shouldn't elect Trump if we don't like this law. That's why the story's relevant. It's a new article, so, not a repeat post.

You can argue or complain about how it is applied, but Eminent Domain is addressed in Amendment V of The Bill of Rights. It goes back before that to the old English Common Law.

Peter Banin and his brother owned another building on the block. A few months after they paid $500,000 to purchase the building for a pawn shop, CRDA offered them $174,000 and told them to leave the property.

Russian immigrants paying $500,000 for a pawn shop sounds like a shady speculation looking to flip it for a windfall. IMHO

My refusenik Russian immigrant next door neighbors didn't have two rubles to rub together when they came here and still don't 20 years later.
