One of the 0'care's architects, Zeke Emanuel said that there's no reason for any of us to live past 75. If true, then Carter is a 1 1/2 DECADES past his expiration date. For that matter McCain, Rangle and others are overdue. And Sanders and Her Thighness should retire and start putting their affairs in order.
