So Trump can take attention away from Ben Carson and make Jeb the nominee.
Now I'm confused. I thought Trump was doing this entire campaign so he could hand it all over to Cruz. You know, because Cruz is so much smarter and the most conservative candidate but apparently not capable of winning on his own.

He would have never been elected if the voters didn't think he would carry on what Reagan started. He was elected to continue what he called Reagans VOODOO economics...His "read my lips" is what did him in by the very people he was trying to impress (liberals) by raising taxes.
