Under the leadership of the Obama, the EU, and the United Nations, the nations of the world are committed to forcing a solution to the Israel/Arab conflict. If you haven't noticed, the nations of the world are being "lacerated" in the stock market and in many other ways.

The Obama, the EU, and the UN did not create Israel in 1948, the God of the Bible did as a sign that He is real, and His Word is true. The Prophet Zechariah wrote about the rebirth of Israel in the last days. He particularly details how the entire world would be united against the Jewish Nation and that the nations of the world would send forces, taking the side of the Palestinians, to redraw the border lines of the fledgling nation and part the land that God has promised them. It is for this reason and the sins of Abortion and Sodomy that God's judgment comes on the world. It is in this world wide judgment that the Jewish people recognize their Messiah, the one who was pierced for their sins and the whole world's (Zechariah 12, Isaiah 53). It is when they call that He answers them (Zechariah 14, Isaiah 63)...

Zechariah 12:2 Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem. 3 And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces *, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.
