What Hillary did with her private server setup was against government policy. That’s what the Judge said and he is correct. And Hillary is claiming the opposite.

Hillary futile escape clause is “cabinet secretaries, governors and even Pres. Bush *gasp*” had private email accounts, so what she did is no different than what they did.
A huge difference is that it was never alleged that those officials used their private email accounts for official government business, let alone classified business.
