A federal judge said Thursday that former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s unique email arrangement broke “government policy” and prodded the department to talk to the FBI about getting a look at the computer server and flash drives used to store her emails.
Judge Emmet G. Sullivan was surprised the State Department hadn’t even made that request, and poked at the administration’s claim that the FBI needed to be left alone to conduct its investigation.

Perhaps breaking policy is a determination that can be make by reviewing the facts at hand. Breaking the law is a determination made after a fair reviewing in a court of law, which has not yet happened.
Hillary futile escape clause is “cabinet secretaries, governors and even Pres. Bush *gasp*” had private email accounts, so what she did is no different than what they did.
A huge difference is that it was never alleged that those officials used their private email accounts for official government business, let alone classified business.
It seems to me that selling classified information to the enemy is punishable by death.
The wannabe “god” will not like that label.

The court is right, she broke policy by using a personal server to communicate. If they find TS info. in the emails she broke the law, many of them. That is why she had it wiped...
It will come out, it has to. Too many lose ends and servers she and Cheryl Mills don't have control of that communications passed thru.
They didn't take Nixon down in a week either. Maybe she will never be Charged or Convicted of any of them, however I wager money now that her shaking of the hand at Ed Henry claiming everything she did was legal will become as legendary as Bill's "I want you to listen to me" speech or his deposition answer on the Definition of Is. Her boat is taking on water and the rats are jumping ship. Just like in 08, if someone prominent gets into the race on the left they (the Press) will pick her apart.

Hillary is going down. This assumes that the Obama Plan is Biden-Warren and not Clinton-Whoever. This seems to me to be likely given that he has now let the tigers at Justice, the FBI, CIA, NSA and DIA out of their cages.
It was Clinton’s Law School Professor who fined him 850,000 dollars for ‘willfully misleading a federal Court in a Civil Rights case (Paula Jones).

Need to consider the possibility that Kerry is also in on Clinton’s selling-policy-to-banks-and-Arabs racket. He did try to lie us into Hillary’s war in Syria and was particularly disingenuous about it and also working with McCain to put false information into the Congressional record, just as Hillary did.
All these CFR types need to be treated as suspects. Unfortunately they hold way too many key positions.

The Obama team knows that Hillary, with her increasingly heavy baggage, at the top of the ticket would be a disaster for the party, so they’re working on salvaging the election. It may be too late and Hillary may be so stubborn that she’s going to hang in there, come hell or high water.
She doesn’t seem concerned about Sanders and the other lightweights running against her, but should a Biden or Fauxohontas step into the picture, she may get the message to go already.

She is full of herself and flippantly dismisses the responsibilities of the office to which she aspires. Like running for student body president at your local junior college.
