I have no doubt that most liberals “love America” I just disagree with their solutions to our problems.

Loving America is not the issue. (maybe with Obama it is, but with just about anyone else it's not)

John McCain and Jeb Bush would love to FIX our immigration system too!, would you want them doing it? and if not, why not? because they didn't insert a catchy boisterous phrase like “they have to go!” before stating he wants comprehensive immigration reform?

What I am trying to point out is that we all much smarter now to the old tricks politicians use to fool us. Trump has figured that out and is using NEW TRICKS on us. The second McCain or Bush or any other RINO tried using any of the old tricks on us, we would see through them instantly!

As I said, if you want a moderate Trump is probably your man. If your a liberal and think Trump is a liberal, or if your a conservative and think Trump is a conservative you will probably be disappointed eventually.

Have you even read the guy’s last book, or are you just parsing his last appearance on the curvey couch? Cause we can do that on our own.

Frankly, I believe almost all of Trump’s FR detractors would be embarrassed if they knew his answers to their pseudo-insightful objections in “Time To Get Tough.”

We know why Obama, Jeb, and McCain tell people what they want to hear. Trump already has a job, and plenty of big buildings that wouldn’t be there without him, for good measure! Why the hell would he try for a job that pays 1% of what he currently makes just to do nothing with it?

The guy likes to leave his mark. He’s not running to do a mediocre job of it. And I sincerely doubt his ego would let him beg off of everything he ran on. He’s not going to speak to the nation and give a “you didn’t read the fine print” address. For him, that would be like cheating at solitaire. Why bother?

And I have to disagree that liberals love America. They love the idea of what America could become if only they could run it the way they want.

Neither do I think John McCain, or Jeb Bush would LOVE to fix our immigration problem unless by “fix” you mean codify the status quo. It is manifestly apparent they have another agenda. What that is I can only speculate. But I don’t recall EVER hearing Trump trying to “fix” immigration by pushing the GOPe remedies. So again, why bother if the current powers that be are going to do it that way, anyway?

So in summary, I see no credible reason to doubt Trump is going to his, not inconsiderable, damnedest to provide the solutions he’s promising for a normative understanding of those promises.

"I have no doubt that most liberals “love America” I just disagree with their solutions to our problems."

Well there is the problem in a nutshell. There may be "some" that love America, there may even be a "bunch", but they are the exception.

Liberalism is about equalization, both home and abroad. Neo-Communist Socialists equalizing the serfs to the lowest common denominator financially and spiritually. It is also about equalizing America with the rest of the world, financially and spiritually. They don't love America because "America" doesn't really exist. They are not citizens of America, they are citizens of the world. Kumbaya baby.

You keep obsessing over Trump's lack of details, did you ever think that might be a good thing? We've had nothing but political technicians with encyclopedias full of plans and details, and none of them ever get followed to the letter because of variables and unknowns.

Helmuth von Moltke the Elder, Theory Of War ... "Moltke's main thesis was that military strategy had to be understood as a system of options since only the beginning of a military operation was plannable. As a result, he considered the main task of military leaders to consist in the extensive preparation of all possible outcomes. His thesis can be summed up by two statements, one famous and one less so, translated into English as "No plan of operations extends with certainty beyond the first encounter with the enemy's main strength" (or "no plan survives contact with the enemy")[3] and "Strategy is a system of expedients"."

This belief has become apocryphal and is better known today as "No plan survives the battlefield". I personally love this because it is pure, brutal, cold, clinical, logical thinking. And most important - IT IS HONEST. Even in poker you have similar thinking: "keep your cards close to your vest" and even "Loose lips sink ships". All of them are sound advice, especially in a political world as full of "gotchas" as this one is.

If this is Trump's operating theory ( I never read his books so I cannot say ), then more power to him. He is doing you and I and everyone else a favor by not building up false hopes and not burning up time wasted on meaningless details that will never see the light of day.

Hopefully their is a small minority of voters that want to get mired down in details as you yourself appears to desire. It is far better that the "leader" sets the agenda and the big picture items and then rounds up the proper people to see this through. He also must be vigilant enough to watch over them and FIRE them when they fail. Who does this sound like?

I hate to point his out, Reagan had big non-specific plans. Creating jobs, tax cuts, military rebuilding, restoring the American spirit. If he had specific details on the campaign trail in 1980 can you honestly imagine that *any*, I mean even a single one would have played out as designed?

You are reaching far for a reason to hate the guy. And you are frustrated that he is not supplying the ammunition. I'd say that he is handling this correctly.
