As former LEO I’m all for saggy pants. They can’t run nearly as fast and often trip over themselves when they try to escape. An added bonus is that it flags them as potential gangbangers if you see them on the street and makes them just look dumb as hell.
My thoughts exactly. Never interrupt an enemy when he’s making a mistake.
