A lot of people on here don’t understand that a business bankruptcy is just a restructuring of debts - it isn’t a personal one. I wish people would educate themselves. This isn’t aimed at you, but in reference to your answer to the person who made the comment, Mr. Bankruptcy. Besides, how many Americans have had to file bankruptcy since 2008? He can identify with them in that aspect.
Good point....and I'm not so sure Donald himself made the decision to file Chapter 11. But Donald would never assign blame to someone else....he's very loyal. He employs a lot of high-powered execs and business-savvy lawyers to monitor his business empire.
These are not "yes-men." One ex-Trump exec wrote a book---said many times they overruled a Donald decision. Ergo, I'm not so sure bankruptcy was Donald's idea.
The A/C bankruptcy was in the banks' best interests---they had lent Donald so much money, they were literally in business w/ him. So restructuring that debt helped out the banks.
