I think this is like hoping to find obama's birth certificate.

I'm pretty sure the federal courts (possibly the SCOTUS) have ruled that birthright is the law. Over turning precedent with judges that always lean to the left will be impossible. Also, the courts will never allow USA citizens that have committed no crimes to be deported.

Getting a constitutional amendment won't happen. The Rats control too many states and seats.

In order to get anything done on immigration, other than by executive fiat, we are going to have to figure out what to do with the illegal alien parents of children born here. Can we deport them if the children are 18 and older?

We can deport them no matter the age of the child. The child cannot ask access for family members until the child is 18 years old. It’s not likely the parents will leave the child behind.

We get back to e-verify, however, the refusal of jobs to those here illegally and the conviction of their employers for illegal hiring.

NathanBedford has ideas on extending e-verify to make it effective. That is probably a policy that would be easier to sell. Americans are up in arms about their jobs going to illegals and legals alike. Let’s ensure legal status and current visas. Violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Not specifically, it's referenced in footnotes.

Courts 'deport' children born in the US in custody cases when one parent is a foreign national.

Of course we can. If the US citizen kid is under 18 then it is up to the family to determine if the kid should remain in the US with relatives or accompany the family to the parents country of origin.

If the US citizen kid is over 18 he/she can do whatever they want. The status of the kid has no baring on the status of the parents or their deportability.

The kid can file to immigrate his parents legally after he turns 23 I believe.
