In any event, Trump, like any other American governmental Executive, Judge, or Legislator, will have to be bound be what is Constitutional, not simply by the way he'd like things to be.
Ultimately, I don't think a President Trump would violate the Constitution in order to create any security policy; he'd defer to those who are more knowledgeable in such areas...

Where have you been living lately? Obama is and hasn’t been bound by any Constitution. And no one in Congress is doing a dang thing about it. That is the problem. What makes you think Trump wouldn’t do the same?
What you believe he will do and what he will actually do are two different things. And from some of the things he has said I believe he will do what he wants. So I guess it all boils down to what one wants to believe regardless of the facts.
