Government Report: U.S. Fight Against Islamic State Disorganized, Incoherent

The U.S.-led fight against the Islamic State (IS) suffers “from a lack of coherence” and is often operated in a disorganized fashion, harming efforts to effectively combat the terrorist force, according to a new report by the government.

As the United States and 21 other nations attempt to push back IS forces operating in Iraq, the new report warns that the war effort is being undercut by a lack of coordination and, in some cases, efforts that “contradict” one another, according to a report by the Congressional Research Service that was not made public but was released by the Federation of American Scientists (FAS).

The report comes amid numerous reports IS is making gains and solidifying its control key Iraq cities and even expanding outside of the war torn country’s borders.

CRS concluded in its analysis that the effort, dubbed Operation Inherent Resolve, is being led in a haphazard manner that leads to inefficient military action by the countries involved.

“Without a single authority responsible for prioritizing and adjudicating between different multinational civilian and military lines of effort, different actors often work at cross-purposes without intending to do so,” the report states.

I was just thinking that the other day pondering the amazing coincidence in the way the government was disorganized and incoherent. Disorganized?? Wasn't Barry's claim to fame as a Community ORGAN-izer (with emphasis on the ORGAN?) And now running the world's largest community was doing so in a pathetically dis-ORGAN-ized manner? There's this rumor about how someone in Barry's younger days dissed his ORGAN but that's for another time, say, bedtime stories for the girls.

And then there's this incoherence I'm incoherent about. Wasn't coherence Barry's strong point, the clear, unaccented eloquence, getting the point across clearly and concisely, no ambiguities about say, his religious background Captain Commander Coherence was his love handle with or without his "magic coherent machine" (He called it , uh, a teleprompter). What a rather interesting coincidence. Now when his Islamic cohorts are doing exactly as the prophet had intended, the world's most coherent and organized organization particularly militarily, somehow at this opportune moment seem to have all of a sudden been transformed into incoherent, disorganized sons of monkeys and pigs; gee,golly, Mister, what a time for a confluence of perfect events coincidence. each one a perfect event, followed by another then another until you have the Pefect Jihadi Storm, wouldn't you say? But this incoherence and disorganization seems much too perfectly stormy, , stormy as in being deliberate, purposeful and damm letting on to the enemy that being incoherent and disorganized is like being drunk and that whatever your objectives, you can just never ask for too much.
