RUSH: Let's go to the audio sound bites, because this is the next phase of this, and that is this internecine war going on within conservatism.
First up, CNN's Reliable Sources on Sunday morning, Brian Stelter the host, and he brought in Jackie Calmes from the New York Times who wrote this big, long piece last week about how talk radio is steering the Republican Party down the wrong path and everybody's afraid of talk radio. The Republican Party, it's just a shame. Washington was so much better before there was talk radio, Washington was so much better before there was Fox News, and now this has messed everything up.

Not one who praised Obama in 2009 for saving the economy
Not one who supports bailouts and TARP
Not one who said he never asks God for forgiveness
Not one who is on his third wife - porn star
Not one who is think-skinned and reacts to the smallest slights like its the apocolypse
Not one who thinks we should invade Iraq, again, and steal their oil.
Talks about trade war with China while saying Russia invading other countries is not our business.
Not one who would want Oprah or Warren Buffett or Jesse Ventura in their cabinet or ticket.

I don’t trust Donald Trump to still believe tomorrow anything he is saying today.
We need someone who has been consistent for President, who won’t Nuke Moscow because they have a massive Trump head in a parade or something.

This is a conservative forum. Trump is a liberal. Posting his liberal record in this conservative forum is not trolling. But I can see how the defender of a liberal like Donald Trump would think so.
