My theory is that the really good musicians use up all their brain cells to perfect their craft. So they don't have any brain cells left over to make good decisions in other parts of their life - like politics.

So I'll give them a pass and listen to their music.

Yeah, I dunno what it is with these creative types.

They all seem to be birds of a feather.

Oh well, I don’t love them for their politics.

Don Henley and Jackson Browne are two classical examples of that.

Great musicians - but politically lobotomized at the same time.

Maybe it was the fact that both of them grew up in the 60’s...
