Yes it was. This bit about the safe is BS coverup. The facility (lawyers offices) wasn’t cleared to hold the safe, the room wasn’t, nor was he authorized to even open it if the first two hurdles were met.
I think if I take a lie detector test and they ask me if I know of any breaches, unauthorized transfers of classified, instances of mishandling, etc., I’m gonna say “YES!” and then say “Hillary”.
Any one of us accused of improprieties would have had computers and files (both hard copy and electronic) seized immediately instead of being given a virtual eternity to wipe incriminating information or correspondence.
