I don't think there IS a recipe for chili.

The best chili is made on the fly, sort to speak, and that's why there are so many chili contests and different winners.

The best way to make a great chili is to taste and adjust continuously...

All the best have a good and compelling group of spices...

Ingedients:

Meat
Tomatoes
Hot peppers
Onions
Garlic cloves
for many folks: beans—I don't want an argument, that's just the way some people are...

Spices (and some various to try):
Chili powder
Cumin
cilantro
Black pepper
White pepper
Tumeric
Curry powder of different kinds
lemon/lime
Paprika
Cloves

You can add to the list. I like to vary mine, but always like it hot and spicy.

Here's a new ingredient I use (on more than chili, too):

First....AB is NOT Larry, insert smile here.

I oncit had a good recipe for chili but lost it. Made in slow cooker as I recall....forget...I guess it used tomato sauce of some kind....I like ground beef in it.

And beans. Yes I like beans in my chili.

Need more specifics AB.
