Beyond that, there is the mundane, everyday stuff. Things like travel. Didn’t know Bout the SoS, but when I was deployed, flight schedules and personell movements were sent over secure lines. Makes sense that the Sec of States movements would be no less securely transmitted.
That’s my point. There is no way, in the world today, that any SoS could function without email.
