Jihadis, ISIS or not, muslim extremists, of all types, should be shot on sight. No negotiations, no surrenders, no quarter whatsoever.
To the contrary, they should be taken prisoner, water-boarded until every possible piece of intel has been squeezed from them...and then shot.
