Since Platt River did not have the proper clearance to perform this type of work, that should have disqualified them from receiving the contract. Who awarded the contract? The State Department? If so, it should have been awarded in accordance with the guidelines contained in the Federal Acquisition Regulations ("FAR") Does this mean that, in addition to everything else, Hillary is guilty of violating federal contracting laws?
Was there competitive bidding?
Certainly this was not something that would qualify for a Sole Source Contract award.
