A custom cake baker in suburban Denver cant cite his religious convictions in declining to make a wedding cake for two men, a Colorado appeals court ruled today.
Cake artist Jack Phillips said he gladly serves gays and lesbians in his family business. But, Phillips said, he could not in good conscience design a wedding cake for a same-sex couple when, as a Christian, he believes that marriage is the union of a man and a woman.
A three-judge panel of the Colorado Court of Appeals ruled that not doing so amounts to illegal discrimination based on sexual orientation, the Associated Press reported.

People simply do not grasp the level of threat this represents. This is about Death people. The left is the party of Death, and everything they engage in advances the cause of death.
The last time a bunch of homosexuals came to power, 50 million people died before the Nazis were vanquished.
It’s ridiculous. The Sodomites and their courts would have an answer to all of these suggestions, however cute and clever they may be.

For the faithful, it is testing as you suggest. For the unfaithful, it is judgment. See Romans 1 for the judgment portion. In many ways even the faithful have been negligent in their civic duties and in their allowing themselves to be tainted with worldly ways. I guess that doesn’t make them exactly faithful, but I mean faithful to the core gospel, not necessarily to the entire revelation of God.
In fact, since such action by the states is prohibited by Section 1 of the 14th Amendment, these states are violating that amendment imo.
14th Amendment, Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States [emphasis added]; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
But whats worse, corrupt judges and state officials who ignore the Constitution, or citizens who probably dont know the Constitution well enough to protect themselves when the states attack their constitutionally enumerated rights?

They’d better pray they don’t get sued then, because they will lose in today’s court system.
It’s a big law, most often used for racial discrimination cases, and I hope it gets a lot more publicity as America’s enemies try to assert their power over decent people. These disgusting people need to think about looking over their shoulders for the remaining decades of their worthless lives. I like the deterrent potential almost as much as I like the justice of sending these evil thugs to prison for life without parole.
It would sure ruin the honeymoon.
This is easily solved.
Bake one cake and frost it. Write Leviticus 18:22 on the cake. Take a picture. Put it in your cake catalog as the “gay wedding cake”
When a gay couple wants a gay wedding cake, show them their one and only one option.
No shoes, no shirt, no service.
Disrupting other patrons, get out.
When there is a colorable claim that the law about what rights are, itself is in the air, this can’t apply.
Otherwise this sword could cut both ways. Why can’t gays get revenge under this section from “violations of their rights” prior to the USSC decision?
Actually it could be a hazard now as civil servants are engaging in civil disobedience. Now we have Right A vs. Right B. Does the winner get to send the loser away?
The predators certainly cannot attack bakers, florists, or photographers under this law, since it only applies when acting in an official government capacity. It could be stretched to apply to civil disobedience by government agents, but I don't see any defense against that beyond a good lawyer.
Oh no - you are only penalized if you refuse to cater a gay marriage ceremony. They are so special, doncha know? The thoughts of what they do with their genitals is sickening.,
When the idea of civil rights moved outside of that of moral rights this kind of conflict was being wooed. “Good lawyers” cannot work miracles, and they cannot undo policy that makes threats like this against what God called for.
Ha, lets hear that when it's a Muslim bakery. The ACLU's head will spin.
