Ironic how the GOPe has been trying to appeal to blacks for decades. And it takes a guy who they deem a racist who actually appeals to them. You can’t make it up.
Yeah, you’ve made this point before and it’s dead on. Trump would be very wise not to contact them in any way, other than maybe a thank you note. There can be no hint of collusion with his campaign. That’s what gives this the power—it is spontaneous. Now, if suddenly a half dozen more of these show up, we may really have something.
This whole episode has opened my eyes to something I had missed before.
American Blacks seem to be drawn to bombastic people who speak their mind. Whether it’s Jessie, Sharpton, or now Trump, or in the past Dixiecrats. Blacks seem to be drawn to these outspoken non-pc types that fight back when attacked.
