As Rush pointed out yesterday, it’s irrelevant. She WILL NOT ever voluntarily quit because the Clinton Crime Family Foundation has taken too much money to buy policies in her administration. She can only be beaten or indicted, but will not quit.

I disagree. Look at what happened to Hillary's campaign in 2008--she essentially quit in a de facto manner once Barack Obama won both the Iowa caucuses and the New Hampshire primary and started to go on a roll.
