Levin: ‘Sect. 793 of Penal Code ... Is What Hillary Clinton Has to Worry About’

“Section 793 of the Penal Code, Subsection (f)...is what Hillary Clinton has to worry about,” nationally syndicated radio show host Staff Mark Levin said on his Wednesday broadcast during a legal analysis of Clinton’s use of a private server while she was secretary of state.

“My point is when you set up an unsecured server in your barn adjacent to your home in Chappaqua, New York, you have intentionally – forget about negligence – you have intentionally bypassed the security process for that server,” said Levin, a former chief of staff at the Justice Department.

This comment below the article is worth considering:

The server she handed over is not the original server that hosted her emails. She had the original server wiped then transferred any scraps to a clean new server that was given to the FBI. This action negates any magnetic signature that may have remained on the original server drives that the FBI may have been able to recover. A clean new sever will have no magnetic signature of past transactions. This is obstruction of justice and charges should be brought forth. This is what Hillary's staff memo meant when she said they had it handled.

In a republic that still had the rule of law she would. Not here, not now. This will all blow over.

The only things that Hillary is worried about is not being elected President, not getting more power, not getting more money. She is no closer to going to prison, or even being prosecuted for that matter, than the sun is turning to green cheese. Now some of her worshipers might do the Webster Hubbell but Hillary will remain unscathed.

The universe may descend into utter chaos but two things will never happen: Obama will not be impeached nor will Hillary be prosecuted.

Levin is correct as usual.

Unfortunately I think Hugh Hewitt was also correct last night when he said “she is going to get away with it because she’s a Clinton.”

That's an interesting comment but on what basis should we believe it?

Here is the official comment from the people who actually handed over the server to the FBI:

++

Barbara Wells, an attorney for Denver-based computer services firm Platte River Networks, told The Washington Post that federal agents picked up the server from a private data center in New Jersey Wednesday afternoon. The attorney told the paper that the server "was blank" and no longer contained useful information.

"The information had been migrated over to a different server for purposes of transition," Wells told the paper. "To my knowledge the data on the old server is not available now on any servers or devices in Platte River Network’s control." Wells added that the company had cooperated with the FBI and had been told it was not a target of the investigation.

++

Information migrated to a different server???? Where is that "different server"?

That sounds go me like Hillary moved the server data to another system, told the Platte River people to wipe the original clean and has a new server someplace. I'm amazed that there isn't more discussion of this fact.

Whatever it is must be more than just classified information - it’s probably criminal activity, involving Obama at a very deep level. The FBI probably has been told to sit on the server and just see if everything dies down.

I’ve got a sneaky suspicion that Hillary is now playing ‘hide the “real” computer.’

My wife just told me the same thing. Too bad the rule of law no longer applies to progressives - they are the criminal class to which it most ought to apply. The Democrat party is the largest criminal enterprise on planet earth.

If you are not listening to Levin’s FREE podcasts, then you are missing THE BEST source of political information. Download it and then listen when convenient, you should hear Reagan’s speech to CPAC (last nights podcast) ... Any real conservative republican could give that same speech today, an amazing history lesson! Listen and LEARN.
