US President Barack Obama has made public his stands on issues that are not exactly aligned with the Christian faith. He is pro-gay, and actively pushing for same-sex unions and rights of homosexuals even outside America. He is also pro-abortion, funding the killing of the unborn in his controversial health program. Does this make President Obama the Antichrist? Not exactly, according to Christian evangelists, but they believe the American leader is "paving the way" for the Antichrist.
Pastor Robert James Jeffress, Jr. of the First Baptist Church of Dallas, Texas, said Obama has shown how leaders can still win votes even if they contradict God's laws. "Although President Obama is certainly not the Antichrist, his policies are paving the way for the Antichrist," the Christian pastor said. "While I am not suggesting that President Obama is the Antichrist, the fact that he was able to propose such a sweeping change in God's law and still win re-election by a comfortable margin illustrates how a future world leader will be able to oppose God's laws without any repercussions," he added.
Christian evangelist and missionary Franklin Graham, meanwhile, said Obama's "anti-Christian" stand on issues has already infected the rest of the US government. "There is an anti-Christian bias that is now in our government. It has permeated our government," Graham said. He added that Obama is forcing a "new morality" on Americans that is against the teachings of God. "It's a morality that does not include God or His standards. That's what we're facing today. It is an anti-Christ movement that we're seeing taking place," Graham said.

What truly concerned me was back in Obama’s first primary, on another forum, posters were joking about Obama being the antichrist. And this upset the Obama supporters a lot, until one blurted out something chilling. To paraphrase:
“I wish Obama was the antichrist, because then he would be powerful and give us what we want, and punish the people we hate.”
As you might imagine, this brought the discussion to a screeching halt. Here was a person so ignorant, greedy and hateful that he was willing to embrace “the ultimate evil” as long as he got immediate gratification out of doing so.
You have to wonder how many like him are out there.
Satan has to get America out of the way before the Antichrist comes. He did that with hope and change. Now there is not a nation strong enough to oppose the Antichrist, and in fact many Americans will follow him now.
They're just a tad late in this. *I* came to this conclusion in 2009.
He is just the 'understudy' whose sole purpose was to test the "machinery" which would be employed to propel 'the real deal' into prominence. They weren't about to expose the 'real deal' to potential failure if the machinery didn't work as advertised, so it had to be tested, a 'dress rehearsal', as it were.
The results are in, have been in for a while now. The machinery *will* work, so 'opening night' is just around the corner...

Is Obama the Antichrist?? No, but I have to admit it has crossed my mind more than a few times.
