Ice just learned that appellate ruling is often used (not as a final decision) but as a necessary device to get case to top level
Read the opinions given at marriage ruling. There is no doubt nuggets in those pages. I would have had them printed by now if dad was still with me. Haven’t read them because he isn’t.
