Autopsy reports on the nine bikers killed in the May 17 Twin Peaks shootout were released Thursday morning by McLennan County Justice of the Peace W.H. “Pete” Peterson’s office.
The nine died as a result of one or more bullet wounds but ballistics reports are not included with the autopsy reports. The reports do not indicate who killed the men and most references to bullets refer to projectiles ranging in size from small to large.
Those listed in the autopsy reports include:
Manuel Issac Rodriguez, 40, Allen, one gunshot wound in the head and one in the back.
Matthew Mark Smith, 27, Keller, one gunshot wound in the back and one in the abdomen.
Jesus Delgado Rodriguez, 65, New Braunfels, one gunshot wound to the head and one in the back.
Richard Matthew Jordan II, 31, Pasadena, one gunshot wound to the head.
Richard Vincent Kirschner Jr., 47, Wylie, one gunshot wound to the top of the head, one to the left knee and one in the buttocks.
Wayne Lee Campbell, 43, Fort Worth, one gunshot wound to the head.
Daniel Raymond Boyett, 44, Waco, shot two times in the head.
Charles Wayne Russell, 46, Tyler, shot once in the chest.
Jacob Lee Rhyne, 39, Ranger, shot once in the neck and once in the abdomen.
I did note that. I agree. This smells worse than it did yesterday.
This would be like the Warren Commision issuing a proclamation that its principle finding is that President Kennedy is dead.
Look at all those headshots. Those bikers must be a bunch of Annie Oakley’s to nail all those headshots, with pistols, in the heat of a firefight. That or guys with rifles shooting from cover killed most of the 9.
Quite a few shots to persons fleeing.
This makes no sense. Surely the nine did not simply stand and allow them to be killed one by one. More information is needed.
Obviously it made sense to the perp’s.
Once they are on the ground, a head shot is a snap.
You will be informed when you need more information. Shut up and obey.

Four or five snipers could kill nine people in very short order - well before panic and chaos set in and people started running around like chickens with their heads blown off.
That information would obviously be embarrassing to certain Lae Enforcement agencies and individuals.
Bingo ! Uh, somebody shot them. DUH !
This is another propaganda release intended to pollute the jury pool.
The authorities have been implying all along that only the bikers killed each other, and by NOT identifying police shootings the guilt is deflected to the bikers.
Once they eliminate the ones killed by police it should be easy to solve any criminal killing that may have occurred. I can’t wait to find out.

Immediately prior to the start of a Texas affiliate’s monthly meeting, a motorcycle club that was NOT a member of the Confederation of Clubs arrived with over 50 people and attacked members of the Confederation.
The National Coalition of Motorcyclists and its local affiliates are dedicated to peacefully promoting and protecting Constitutional rights, promoting fair treatment of its members by law enforcement, educating its members on current laws, open and peaceful communications between clubs, conflict mediation, and supporting various charitable endeavors. We are grieving.

The other thing we can gather from this is that many of these must have been close range execution shots.
The head shots suggest the weapon was a rifle as well IMO. Not likely you get 5 of 9 killed with a head shot using a pistol. Possible certainly, but not likely. More likely to aim at center body mass with a pistol.

Interesting that all parties involved, bikers, LE and the ‘Confederation’ say that the bikers started this.
Who shoots to wound? Nobody with any brains whatoever, that's for sure. Shooting is lethal force, as intended. This ain't the movies!
