Not so much, when the reporter from NBC very clearly showed that the “heavy” part of the spill (i.e., the dangerous, lead/arsenic part) was laying on the floor of the river.
Isn’t it fun. When a private company drops some oil in the great big ocean, it’s an environmental wound that will never heal: fines, regulations, etc. When the EPA turns an entire river orange, “It’ll all just wash away like it never happened.”
