Of course this is a good strategy to defund PP and take away the womens healthcare talking point. Take them at their word! If it is only 3%, that part of your business will not be missed.
Instead of this being a political “talking point” it puts the owness back on PP.
The 3% is the number PP claims and has been debunked on multiple occasions.
