Sure am glad I don't live there.

I would wish a quick and merciful death on a rabid dog, but over Mr. Carter's fate I have no sway.

That is in the hands of Almighty God, and He will deal with Mr. Carter as He sees fit, better knowing the man and his motives than we ever can.

Those of us who have had, have personally battled, or have attended a loved one who has or has had cancer have some understanding of the road ahead for Mr. Carter.

It is no easy future, even with the best medical treatment in the world, and can be a long, lingering and very painful exit.

Even surviving the disease is seldom pleasant or relatively painless.

It costs nothing to pray for his soul and for him to repent of his destructive past, and as Christians, we were instructed to pray for our enemies.

Recall, Christ forgave the sins of the thief on the cross, and 11th hour repentance is beter than none.

"Chalk one up for the nanny state! "

Sure am glad I don't live there.

Sorry, thought North Dakota was in the United States. Sorry.
