Why should we presumably accept that the server she surrendered is not a duplicate or is not expertly cleansed of any relevant material?
If they find those were destroyed, and she reasonably should have been aware they contained classified INFORMATION (whether marked or not), she will definitely be guilty of multiple felonies.
It may have to wait for the next Republican DOJ, but she's in deep.
