I don’t believe you’re right on those notes....he’s way past this now....and certainly could win......and there’s no way the guy’s going to give anything to Hillary....he’s running now to win and we know that....

so what are you using to build the case you have in your mind?

You can’t go by his past...he has no special allegiance to any party now....and look at the people he’s placed around him....they are not left leaning either.

It's not allegiance to party that's worry me, FRiend. It's allegiance to political principle. Cruz has a defined, clearly stated principle in how he thinks politically.

Trump, like Schwarzenegger, has zero political principle. However, like Arnold, he is, I believe, a patriot, he is sincere, and he has a gifted knack as entertainer/showman to reflect to people what rouses them emotionally -- politically incorrect brassiness that sounds conservative on the surface and which is gratifies folks angry with the status quo; Trump looks to them like he's "taking it to them" for the little guy.

Because Trump has no essential political compass, it's easy for people to project their own political assumptions and principles on Trump, like I know I did on Schwarzenegger, for whom I voted with enthusiasm, naïve in retrospect.

It's kinda hard to project political assumptions on a guy like Cruz, whose standards are the constitution, limited government, Christian conservatism. Just knowing that a guy embraces limited government principle, means you know where he stands on a whole slew of issues.

Trump has zero political principle, so where he stands on any given issue is a crap shoot.

Vote for him at your own risk, and see my tagline. :^)
