So, what would happen to a normal person or group who stopped traffic on a major highway? I am sure the same kid gloves treatment.

I see a market for feral human catcher attachments ... and what is caught can be delivered directly to Planned Parenthood for further processing and maybe even a profit!

Wait, plowed through a line of protesters or plowed through a road block line? I’m concerned by the headline... some traffic cones may have been damaged.
To: Kartographer
There used to be cow catchers on the front of trains. Something like that could be useful here, but you would need a get out of jail free card.

The modern day equivalent of Frogger. Can I play?? I’d put a cow-catcher on the front of a truck and I’d play all day long.

I think back in February, some lowlifes blocked I-95 South in Boston. Primarily non-black, maybe a gay Asian or two. They went the extra mile of encasing limbs in barrels of cement.
The authorities screwed over the commuters to safely remove the miscreants, and rewarded the low-lifes with either low or no bail and released from custody at the arraignment.
