What is the registration going to do to reduce gun crime?
How would mandatory sentences help? Don’t people already know that murder gets you a serious vacation in prison?
Well, with a database in place, it would be quite easy to confiscate all the guns. No more guns, no more gun crimes!
Oh, wait. I doubt if the cartels and the gangs would be carrying around any registered guns.
