I’ve always thought that Obama’s excuse for gun control could be turned on the left for immigration. If building a border wall could save just one life, then we have a responsibility to build it. Perhaps making reference to Kate Steinle in that last sentence.
I’m pleased to see him using his 2008 US Supreme Court win in the Medellín v. Texas case to call on states to impose sanctions on Iran without the federal government.
What at a glance looked like a simple death penalty of a foreign national (illegal) was actually a major fight over state and national sovereignty vs the international community.

The media controls when where and how the debates go. If the media says no, where then will the debate go? What gets me is the Media makes up the questions. i.e. Mrs Clinton, do you prefer a black, red, green or blue pants suit? Mr. Cruz, what is the name of the driver who drives the car of the President of Bukistan? The double standard applies, make the Republicans look evil and dumb and the Democrats smart and good. There is only one question I would ask, Mrs. Clinton, have you ever used the “N” word, and then ask her to take a polygraph exam. Which I know she’ll never do. Either way she’s in trouble.

Yep - and to top it off, he just told the Hillary camp that he has so many tools to take her apart with that he isn't concerned about sharing some of the tactics with them...he threw down the gauntlet and it will be interesting to see if they pick it up, try to cover it over so it doesn't scare them at night, or deny its existence and hope for a miracle to make it go away...
Cruz was in town Sunday night and I wish I could have gone. Busy moving kids to college and co-op town, etc.
