When you won’t promise not to run as a third party candidate, isn’t asking “when did you become a Republican?” a legitimate question?
I’d have simply said, “if the Nominee is not me and that candidate supports any of the following... Amnesty, Open Borders, Funding Obamacare, Iran getting a Nuke, running up debt and continuing to expand the Social state or opposes E-verify, Welfare Reform and Balanced Budget Amendment HELL NO I will not support them.”
