These are farmer’s market eggs. Just laid that morning (generally, of course). Organic, free range, with a great round yolk, bright orange. Very delicious, very creamy and worth every penny - when I can afford them. I use them only for eating - never for baking.

If you are paying $10/dozen for eggs, I have some certified organic, fair-trade, cage-free, non-GMO, BPA-free, zero carbon footprint fingerling potatoes to sell ya...
