So ridiculous. I bartended/waitressed (my family owned a couple of places) from the time I was 16 until I got my first "real" job at about 24.

I had jobs where I made ridiculous amounts of money in tips. In fact, getting my first "real" job was painful. I worked all week for what I could make in one shift often times.

You know it. And if I knew the waitstaff was making $15, for sure there would be no tip.
