A racial discrimination suit costs way more than one lost customer. Anyone who doesn’t grasp this intuitively is too stupid to be a manager.
True dat. I just don’t like firing people, and I wasn’t there. So, maybe there was something I/we don’t know about it that would mitigate the situation.
