And not only that, if the driver was “devasted” by the existence of one racist customer, then he’s too flaky to drive a truck safely.My guess is that a black truck driver would not use the word "devastated" (just like you couldn't). That was a reporter word. He was probably "pissed" he was pulled off his route.

As opposed to "devastated". Being angry and POed would be perfectly understandable. I would be too if it were me. Sounds like typical media hype going on here.
